Touch B.A.S.E Senior Fitness @ the Fort Branch Senior Center

A video & instructor led exercise class specially designed for senior citizens. Please sign up for either the Fort Branch or the Haubstadt class – both meet every Tuesday and Thursday for 45 minutes – hour.

This class is completely FREE. Bring water and small weights – any size you are comfortable with (we recommend beginning with 1-2 pounds).

You do not have to be a library card-holder to join this class (though we encourage you to get a card). Please call 812-753-4212 to sign up!
